What is our Shipping Policy?

  • If the total purchase amount is less than Rs. 999/- INR, then the customer has to pay Rs. 50/- INR or Rs. 100/-, depending on the Pin Code serviceability.
  • Shipping is free of cost for an order total of Rs. 999/- INR and above.
  • If your order hasn't been processed at our office yet, you can cancel it through your Orders page. Typically, all orders are processed by 11 am the following day after being placed.
  • Please note that the same product cannot be returned more than twice. We reserve the right to reject a return if there is any misuse of the returns process.
  • All domestic orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days and typically reach their destination within 8-10 working days from the date of order.

What is our Return and Refund Policy ?

  • Customers can request a return within 48 hours of delivery. If more than 48 hours have passed since you received your product, we unfortunately cannot accept your return request.

  • Returns are accepted for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. This means the product should be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We check all products thoroughly before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged product despite our efforts, please contact us immediately at or initiate a return request from the orders page on our website.

  • If your order arrives damaged or in the wrong size (different from what you ordered), please email us a photo of the received product, clearly showing the damaged area or the incorrect product, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will authorize the return and arrange for a refund or replacement as per your preference.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the returned product. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

What is our Exchange Policy ?

  • We appreciate your purchase. If you're unsatisfied with your order or need a different size, you can request a return via your Orders Page.

  • For a single order, you can exchange the product once if it’s a size-related issue. Please note, there is a return handling fee of Rs. 50 per product unless the item is incorrect or defective.

  • If the item is incorrect or defective, Huteeyaa customers are entitled to free returns without any handling charges.
